Who these terms are for
Our tools are for business use. By using them you confirm you are acquiring them for the purposes of a business. To the extent the law allows, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply (section 43), and sections 9, 12A, 13 and 14(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1986 do not apply (section 5C). We agree this is fair and reasonable for business-to-business tools.
Using the tools
- Use the tools only lawfully. That includes the privacy, anti-spam and intellectual-property laws that apply to you and to the data you collect.
- You are responsible for how you use results. Don't use them to send unsolicited messages, harass anyone or build profiles of individuals.
- Pricing is shown on each tool's Apify Store page and billed by Apify. We give notice before price changes as Apify's rules require.
Availability and liability
Tools depend on third-party websites that can change without notice. We work to fix issues quickly but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the tool runs concerned in the 3 months before the claim.
AI assistance
Some support replies and maintenance are handled by an AI assistant working for Rimu Labs and are labelled as such. A person reviews anything involving legal, privacy or billing matters.
